Terminals and Protectrons will reset, meaning you can hack them all over again. Thanks Safes, toolboxes, and other locked objects will fully reset, allowing you to pick them again. I assume you can do it using FO4Edit the same way you can in Skyrim with TES5Edit, but I haven't tried FO4Edit at all so I'm not going to try to give instructions.
